Email info@shiftpilot.com or use our contact form. A person replies within one business day. In the app you can also send us a note from More → Send feedback.
For questions about your schedule itself (which shifts you have, swaps, time off approvals), contact your organization's scheduler; they manage your group's schedule in ShiftPilot.
ShiftPilot is shift-scheduling software for healthcare teams such as hospital departments, medical groups and residency programs. Organizations build and publish their schedules in ShiftPilot; staff use the app to see their shifts, send availability and time off, swap or give away shifts, get reminders and ask Avery, the built-in assistant, about the schedule.
Your organization creates your account. Your scheduler or medical group sends an invitation to your work email; open it to set your password. If you have not received one, ask your scheduler to invite you. ShiftPilot does not offer personal sign-ups.
Sign in with the work email your organization invited. In the app, enter your email, tap Continue, then use your password, or choose "Email me a sign-in link instead". To reset your password, use Forgot password. If your email is not recognized, your organization may use a different address for you; check with your scheduler.
Allow notifications for ShiftPilot in your phone's Settings, then open the app and check More → Notification settings, where push, text and email can be turned on or off for each kind of update. Text messages follow the SMS program (reply STOP to stop, HELP for help).
In the app, open More → Calendar sync to add your shifts to your phone's calendar or connect Google Calendar. On the web, the same options are under your profile.
Avery is ShiftPilot's AI assistant for your schedule. Avery only runs after you allow it in the app. Your messages and the schedule details Avery needs are processed by OpenAI to produce replies and are not used to train its models. Read the details in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. You can turn this off at any time under More → Avery.
Avery Pocket is an optional companion device for talking to Avery hands-free. The app pairs with it over Bluetooth from More → Avery Pocket. You do not need a Pocket to use ShiftPilot.
In the app, open More → Delete account. Your login and personal data are deleted immediately. Without the app, use the account deletion request form.
