ShiftPilot is staff-scheduling software operated by SofTx Innovations Inc. (Vaughan, Ontario, Canada). Hospitals and medical groups, such as SOAR Radiology, use it to build and run their physicians' and staff schedules. ShiftPilot texts the physicians and scheduling staff of those groups about their own work schedule. Every message begins with "ShiftPilot".
These are transactional messages about your own work. ShiftPilot never sends marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your schedule, typically one to ten messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.
Your scheduling group invites you to ShiftPilot by email. After you sign in, you choose whether to receive texts: during first-login setup, or at any time under Profile → Text shift reminders, you enter your own mobile number and switch text reminders on. The consent below appears directly beneath the number field, and no text is sent until you turn reminders on. Nobody can opt you in on your behalf, and consent is never a condition of employment or of using ShiftPilot.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to send the messages described above. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
